Talking about the included hotel breakfast. One of top ones for something that is pre-cooked. Great selection: waffles, French toast, sausage rounds, and fried eggs. Oatmeal for the healthier conscious people. Very spacious breakfast area with a wide variety of seating with TVs. It can get loud that you may not hear the TVs. Talking about rooms: clean, spacious, and functional. Standard layout for Springhill Marriott line. It’s my top line choice if you don’t need a kitchen.

Location was good. Room was clean albeit a bit dated. Hwy noise died down at a relatively reasonable time. Staff was nice!

It is a nice hotel located really close by a lot of shopping and eating. The day staff is friendly, although I will say the quality of the housekeeping was a little inconsistent. One day the room would be perfectly done up, the next day they would forget to take a garbage, or not give us all the towels we needed. The bathroom is separated into two rooms, a toilet and a shower. This is nice in theory, but does have some drawbacks. The toilet room is small and has no ventilation. Meanwhile, the shower is not very well-sealed, and the water pressure leaves a lot to be desired. This means a mess of water on the floor, and soaked floor towels. The room itself is very cozy. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the way the TV is mounted onto the wall makes it easy to move it so one can watch TV in bed. While the staff was friendly, I noticed that a few times someone would try to open the door without knocking. We had the privacy locks engaged, but I still would have rather had them knock first.

Very good hotel for the price. Food and beverage close by but not really walkable. Wish they kept the coffee out past noon. We don't all have early appointments.

Clean, quiet, and great value. We stayed here for two nights in a King Suite room. Check in was quick and easy, and the room looked exactly as expected. The hotel has recently gone through a branding refresh, so everything looks sharp and modern. Free breakfast is offered with a lovely selection to choose from. Coffee, juice, milk, yogurt, cereal, toast, muffins and fruit are all pretty standard. What I especially enjoyed, was the hot food options which rotated from day to day. Sausage, potatoes, egg omelets, etc. Over-all, a great hotel experience.

Close to the Alerus center. Within blocks of a variety of food options. Close to the interstate. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Market has decent options. Pool and hot tub are basic but enough. Would book again easily.
